Bellini Cocktail

The Bellini is one of my favorite cocktails and also one of the most popular ones. This drink has its origins in Harry’s Bar (Venice), one of Orson Welle’s and Ernest Heminway’s favorite spots. In 1948, barista Giuseppe Cipriani, inspired by the colors of Giovanni Bellini’s paintings, gave life to this mixture of prosecco and peach juice. An explosion of bubbly flavour.

If you don’t have access to a good prosecco, don’t worry, cava works wonders too. The important thing is to give that dry and bubbly touch to the peach juice.

Ingredients
  • 1 bottle of prosecco or cava.
  • 1/2 litre of peach juice.
  • 20 ml. of goldenberry juice.
